Gaps around floors, service pipes, rooflines, doors, cavities and outbuildings can all provide routes into a property. Where practical, we look at the access route as part of the job rather than treating the animal as the whole problem.

Do you deal with commercial premises?
Yes. We can help with one-off pest problems and discuss suitable inspection, monitoring, control and proofing for landlords, workshops, shops, holiday accommodation, rural businesses and other premises.
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the pest, access, size of the property and whether the job needs follow-up visits or proofing. Contact us with the basic details and we'll explain the likely cost before work goes ahead.
Do you always use poison for rats and mice?
No. Rodenticides are one control option, not the automatic answer. Depending on the situation, trapping, monitoring, proofing or a combination of methods may be more appropriate.
Can you work around children and pets?
Tell us about children, pets, livestock or other non-target animals when you make contact. The treatment plan and placement of control measures should take those risks into account, and we'll explain any precautions you need to follow.
How many visits will I need?
That varies. A straightforward wasp nest may be very different from an established rodent problem in an old property. We'll explain the expected process once the problem has been assessed.
Can you block the holes pests are using?
Yes, proofing can be part of the work where the access route can be identified and safely sealed. Some buildings need repairs or building work beyond pest proofing; if so, we'll say so.
I don't know whether it's a rat, mouse, wasp or something else. What do I do?
